Heart Evangelista has landed another best-dressed list. This time, it’s on Elle‘s roundup of red carpet looks from the Harper’s Bazaar ICONS Party.

Heart wore a custom black Mark Bumgarner gown that has a thigh-high slit and strapless on one shoulder. She paired with Farah Abu’s Coral Reef Clutch that’s encrusted with gems and beads.
