Kelsey Merritt’s workout routine is no joke

Kelsey Merritt’s Instagram account is filled with modeling photos, vacation pics, and workout videos. She enjoys staying fit and healthy, and shares the process on social media. She hits the gym quite often and works with a trainer but if you want to start toning your body too you can do what she does. If you’re not sure where to start, here’s what you can do.

Work that core

Ab workouts can be difficult but your body will thank you in the long run. Working on your core can improve your overall strength. There are several exercises you can do that involve your body weight and dumbbells.

Two is better

If you’re starting to feel lonely at the gym, look for a partner to workout with. Kelsey shared a video exercising with Emily Oberg. Tandem routines can push you even harder and you can motivate each other as well.

Balance

Aside from targeted exercises, try one that works every part of your body. In this clip Kelsey is working on her core, arms, and legs all in one. After watching it, I want to be able to do that too.

Make it pop

All over social media, you’ll probably come across short clips that show the best way to get a toned butt, and Kelsey has a few exercises for that too. Note: add leg weights to make it more challenging.
