Maine Mendoza is probably used to wearing heavy makeup for shoots and TV appearances but she also prefers to keep it light and natural. You will see this in some of her Instagram photos, including her latest selfie. The lighting was so good that she just couldn’t resist.
With her wavy hair down, you can see that she had just a light wash of makeup on her skin so she doesn’t look cakey. We observed her photo and tried to pick products you can try to achieve the same look on an everyday basis.

Maine doesn’t have her eyebrows filled in and we’re living for it. If you want the same effect but still want to keep the hairs in place, use a clear brow gel. This will keep your brows slicked without being crunchy. Available on BeautyMNL.
H&M Beauty Highlighters
Even if your skin is already glowy, you can’t say no to highlighter. Maine looks like she has some on her nose, cheekbones, and forehead. If you can’t decide what shade to use, cop this three-piece set from H&M Beauty that has bronze, pink and gold. Available at Greenbelt 3.
MAC Cosmetics Matte Lipstick in Honeylove
If you want something more subdued than the lip tint, apply a nude shade. You have to wait until Sept. 21 to cop her personal MAC shade but in the meantime, you can try Honeylove. Available at Power Plant Mall.
Inglot Eyeliner FM in 522
Lipstick can be your last step but if you want some definition on your eyes, use this trick. Take an eyeliner and apply it on the outer edge of your eye. Once you’re done, taking the smudging end and smudge the product inward.Available at Glorietta 3.
