Here’s how I’m staying toasty in my cold office

Raise your hand if your office is just too cold. I’m raising mine and sometimes, there’s just nothing I can do. I mean, I’m not the only one working in that space. Since it is always so cold, we try to find ways to stay warm, other than wearing a jacket the whole time. If you’re experiencing the same thing, don’t worry because here are some things you can buy to stay warm and productive.

Mango Check Poncho

A quick way to stay warm at work is by layering up. Instead of bringing a jacket everyday, keep a poncho on your chair. So, whenever you start to feel chilly, just drape this over your shoulders. This one is gray and has a plaid pattern that will match any outfit. Available at Bonifacio High Street.

Earth Therapeutics Anti-Stress Microwavable Comfort Wrap

Another way to warm up your body is with a heat pad. Go for something hassle-free with this one that you can heat up in the microwave. And, since this is a wrap, you can use it on different parts of your body. Drape on your shoulders or keep it on your lap. Available online.

Corkcicle Metallic Tumbler

Switch out your iced coffee for a warm drink. Keep it at the right temperature with this tumbler. It has triple insulation so your beverages will stay hot for up to three hours. Available at SM Megamall.

H&M Soft Throw

If you’re like me and you get cold so easily, a blanket is your best bet. This soft throw is made with double-layered woven fabric. There are also other colors like green and purple. And, no, it isn’t extra to wear a blanket around work. Available at Greenbelt 3.

Sony h.ear on 2 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones

Sometimes, your ears are the first things to get cold. Avoid that by covering them with noise-cancelling headphones. Oh, and they’re wireless too. Available at Abenson branches.
