Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle is finally getting the rest she deserves after announcing her pregnancy. The royal is in Australia with Duke of Sussex Prince Harry right now for their first tour together, and the Kensington Palace announced that they’re trimming Meghan’s schedule.
“After a busy program, the Duke and Duchess have decided to cut back The Duchess’s schedule slightly for the next couple of days, ahead of the final week-and-a-half of the tour,” The New York Times reported. This comes after Meghan and Harry attended multiple events and social gatherings since arriving in Australia last week.
So far, Meghan has skipped one event which was during the Invictus Games. As for the other events they have scheduled, it looks like Harry will continue with them alone while his wife rests. She needs to be healthy now that she’s carrying another life after all.
