If you’ve seen The Devil Wears Prada a dozen times then you already hold Emily Blunt in a special place in your heart—she after all, played Emily aka Miranda Priestly’s first assistant. (Fun fact: Her husband John Krasinski has seen it 23 times!) They say the film was loosely based on how the Vogue office works and today we’re here to see if it was actually true.
Emily Blunt is now the Vogue editor-in-chief, well at least until Anna Wintour gets back from her trip to Europe. In the latest 73 Questions, you see Emily sign important documents, edit, choose shoot locations, turn down phone calls (it was James Corden), book dinner reservations, and you’ll even see her choose between two very different yet similar cerulean belts.
A lot of references from the film so don’t miss any of it, including the part when Anna called in to check how she was doing—and when Emily asked if there’s anything else she can do to help, Anne replied with, “No. That’s all.”
