Emily Blunt’s oversized bowtie exudes serious BDE

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski continue to be the one of the most adorable couples in Hollywood at the 71st Writers Guild Awards. They opted for twinning outfits but it’s not as cheesy as you’d expect.

Emily and John wore matching tuxedos on the red carpet by Dolce & Gabbana (yikes) and Salvatore Ferragamo, respectively. We’re particularly focused on Emily’s get-up because of her oversized bowtie. That’s a serious BDE move if we say so ourselves.

John was nominated for co-writing the original screenplay for A Quiet Place, a film that also stars Emily. The award was later won by Bo Burnham for Eighth Grade.

Nonetheless, we’d like to congratulate the couple for looking sharp on the red carpet. They’re best-dressed in the twinning category in our books.
