‘Darna’ star Jane De Leon is Google’s PH most-searched female personality in 2019

Google Philippines revealed Thursday, Dec. 12, the top searches of Filipinos this 2019—from personalities, events, entertainment, music, and news, among others. The event was held at their headquarters in Taguig City, where they organized a thanksgiving party.

The overall trending search this year is Omegle, a platform that allows users to talk to strangers about their common interests. This was followed by gaming sites MemoryHackers and Codashop. MemoryHackers topped the list last year.

Female personalities

The new Darna, Jane De Leon, was the most searched female personality in the country this year. Following De Leon  Gretchen Barreto and Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados. Among the list are members of the Barretto clan, including Marjorie and Julia.
