With news of the upcoming Lahbati-Gutierrez wedding comes the leakage of their list of sponsors. What caught the eyes of many was the principal sponsor list as it was full of political figures such as Pres. Rodrigo Duterte, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Sen. Bato Dela Rosa and many more.
The picture circulated above was only half of the principal sponsor list which also includes Dr. Aivee Aguilar-Teo, Atty. Felipe Gozon, Ben Chan and more. The list has a total of 48 sponsors.
A lot of Twitter users expressed their disappointment, with one calling it a “show off wedding to cater elites and politicians.”
With the original tweet’s caption “LEAKED: Arya Stark’s Hit List,” others also joined in on the “Game of Thrones” analogy by saying “The North remembers” among others.
