Knock, knock—Stray Kids and CL both released new music videos

As a K-pop stan, Monday has never looked this good with all these new video releases from Stray Kids and CL.

It’s only been two weeks since CL dropped teasers for her comeback, and she’s graced us yet again with her new music video release for “Post-Up” today–and I think I need a second.

The under two-minute video opened with CL rapping the lines, “Bet you ain’t never seen a baddest Asian like me.” With her spitting rhymes in her bold and baddie outfits throughout the video (the purple fluffy number quickly became my favorite), I couldn’t agree more.  The short video was all I needed to awaken my CL heart once again and I’ll be eagerly waiting for her to say the words “I go by the name of, you already know” again in October.

And as if CL wasn’t enough to start the week right, Stray Kids also returned to our timelines with their new music video “Back Door” and I’m still reeling from the *knock knock* it has left in my soul.

As a newbie k-pop stan of Stray Kids, I was mesmerized by their killer choreography and bad boy outfits that were the cherry on top of an already-epic music video. The song was the perfect balance of edgy and upbeat—one play surely isn’t enough. I think it’s a perfect first time video for a K-pop baby like me. (Let it be known I’m all heart eyes for Hyunjin and his pink hair.) [Editor’s note: Let the records show that I am also a simp for Hyunjin.]

Channel your inner baddie and make your Monday a little *knock knock* better by streaming CL and Stray Kids tonight. I know I will.
