Sue Ramirez helps us soul search in ‘Finding Agnes’

They say good things come in threes, and that’s why Netflix Philippines is bringing us the upcoming film “Finding Agnes” on Nov. 30—following the release of “Hayop Ka! The Nimfa Dimaano Story” and “Alter Me.” Starring Sue Ramirez and Jelson Bay, the film explores the themes of connecting with people, understanding others’ motivations and finding yourself in the process.

According to Netflix, the story follows a successful entrepreneur (Bay) as he travels to Morocco, pieces together his estranged mother’s life and meets his adoptive sister (Ramirez). “Finding Agnes” was filmed in Marrakesh, the fourth largest city in the Kingdom of Morocco.

And while we can’t do our own soul searching, maybe watching “Finding Agnes” will help us reflect on the relationships we do or don’t keep. It’s also a great way to see Morocco from the comfort of our own homes, right?
