The latest addition to the list of collabs we never knew we needed until now is, get this, a Sza x Blackpink track.
The contemporary R&B singer posted a birthday greeting for Blackpink member Rosé through an Instagram story. Aside from it being cute and sweet, the message included a possible spoiler that had their fans tweeting about how Szapink really needs to happen ASAP.
Sza wrote in the post: “OMG[, I] just talked about a Blackpink collab today. Happy birthday, Poo.”
Included in the IG story is a post from a Sza fan account containing a clip from Rosé birthday V Live stream. In the video, the now 25-year-old singer was playing the acoustic version of Sza’s “Good Days.” It’s clear that Rosé really likes the song so we’re stoked that there’s a big chance that she’ll get to work with an artist she admires.
With her upcoming solo album’s possible 2021 release date, it seems Rosé has a lot in store for Blinks this year. This collab would make for a nice cherry on top. While we’re waiting for more info on it, you can check out this teaser for her solo project:
