Just yesterday, news started to spread that John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo may be dating. And now, Zanjoe Marudo has just admitted in an interview with talk show host Boy Abunda that he and Bea are over after several rumors have circulated of their relationship being rocky.
Inquirer.net reported that Zanjoe confirmed their breakup on Boy’s show, “Tonight with Boy Abunda” where he said, “Wala namang madaling way…so kailangang pagdaanan (There’s no easy way…so I have to go through this).”
The TV host was also quick to apologize for bringing up the personal matter. Meanwhile, Bea has not yet said anything on the breakup.
The couple was also put in the spotlight because of two showbiz columnists’ allegations that Zanjoe was caught cheating on Bea. So much for #relationshipgoals.
So does this mean that the John Lloyd and Bea news may not be false after all? We still don’t know since there’s still no confirmation that John Lloyd and Angelica Panganiban (who recently confided to her ex, Derek Ramsey, apparently) have already broken up as well.
Wow, this is like a real-life teleserye. But for now, Popoy and Basha supporters will just have to wait and see if their faves will finally get together as a couple…or you know, maybe just stay besties like in Close to You.
