The reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach may be keeping mum about the real score about her and Dr. Mikhail Varshavski, also known as People magazine’s “Sexiest Doctor Alive,” but their social media posts couldn’t be any louder.
Recently, the doctor’s latest Snap with the beauty queen has gone viral along with posts from netizens who have no chill.
The two first met in New York City in January and Mikhail couldn’t be more delighted as he posted the encounter on Instagram.
Soon after, Pia posted a photo on their “friendly date”:
Calm your confidently beautiful heart. This is just a friendly date . And Doc is really fun to be with.

And now we can only surmise what will be happening next, but given how they aren’t holding back on social media, we wouldn’t be surprised if they make things official soon.
