Yoga, Football, and Healthy Eats: What Went Down at the SoulBGC Fit Camp

It was a productive day for fitness buffs during the SoulBGC Fit Camp last Oct. 23. Participants―both beginners and pros―were all encouraged to try out at least one workout, or all of them if they’re really into it, during the all-day affair. But if you weren’t present, here’s what you missed.

To kick things off, participants warmed up with some basic Tai Chi led by Eduardo Lapuous and Flexibilty Not Required yoga by Urban Ashram Yoga Manila’s Amanda Zabat. It’s a much-needed wake-up for those who got up super early for the event.

For those who preferred heart-pumping exercise, Herbalife provided an energetic Zumba class. More intensity was added with a HIIT session by 360 Fitness Club’s Kim Bejo. There was even a football game for those who like friendly competition and meet new people along the way.

Not only that, guests were treated to FWD Life’s newest fitness programs like Plana Forma, Arnis, and Primal Ape Crossfit which you can avail via the Orange World App. This gives them more ways and motivation to work out during your spare time.

Healthy food and drinks were also provided to guests like malunggay pandesal from Betterbread, smoothie bowls from Makai Bowls, Buttr Coffee’s unique brew, and so much more. Plus, they also availed of Alcis Athletica’s sportswear and subscribed to diet plans from The GoodBox and Lunchbox Diet.

Whew, that’s a lot of activities! We hope everyone felt energized after the event. But if you didn’t attend, don’t worry! We’ll let you know if there’s another one coming up.
