This Monday is already not so bad as the Philippines finished strong in this year’s Miss World pageant. Model and singer Catriona Gray was our bet for the crown got into the top 5 out 116 contestants. Megan Young, who got the crown for us, played host for this ceremony.
She joined Stephanie del Valle of Puerto Rico, who would be the one to take the crown, Miss Dominican Republic Yaritzia Reyes, Miss Indonesia Natashia Manuela, and Miss Kenya Evelyn Thungu. Catriona did not go home empty-handed despite missing out on the top spot as she won the Multimedia Award.
