How Cute Is Neil Patrick Harris Speaking in Filipino?

Neil Patrick Harris’ latest project is a TV series produced by Netflix called A Series of Unfortunate Events, where he plays Count Olaf—the show’s primary antagonist.

As a way to promote its upcoming launch and availability on Nexflix, he invited everyone to watch the premiere of the show at the Globe Iconic Store on Jan. 21. The best part of the invite was when he made an effort to speak in Filipino, well, at least a few words. He started with “Tara na!” and ended with “Mahal ko kayo!”

If that cute video—which we hoped came with a song and dance number—is not enough to catch the premiere then I don’t know what will.

Neil Patrick also sat down with Mikael Daez for an interview which will be shown during the launch on Jan. 21, so you really should not miss that launch. Here’s a teaser if you don’t believe us.

Neil Patrick Harris is known for his roles as Dr. Doogie Howser, Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother, Desi Collings in Gone Girl, the voice of Steve in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, he was also the voice of Patrick in The Smurfs 2, and was the host of the 70thAnnual Tony Awards and the Oscars.
