Last month, Rihanna sent out tweets and tagged world leaders to join her in her cause, #FundEducation. Fast forward to this week when she met Pres. Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte to discuss the cause further.
The First Lady welcomed Rihanna at the entrance of Élysée Palace dressed up in a button down white jacket paired with jeans and blue pumps. Yes, girl, Brigitte busted out a regular pair of jeans and made it look so chic. Meanwhile, Rihanna wore a gray suit paired with an oversized blazer and her Dior bag. I think you all agree when I say Rihanna and the First Lady can do no wrong.
During the meeting, Rihanna couldn’t help but take snaps for a quick documentation and by that we mean posting on her Instagram Stories.
There are still no final details shared after their meeting, but based on the tweet of the President, as well as Rihanna (plus her interview), it all went well. To quote Riri, “I just had the most incredible meeting…”
Hooray! Congratulations, Rihanna and to France for supporting #FundEducation. Now let me bust out my jeans in order to feel like I can conquer anything today just like the First Lady.
