Tips on How to Plan a Bachelorette Party Like Anne Curtis

For the past couple of weeks, we have been churning out stories on celebrity weddings, engagements, and baby announcements. Everyone seems to have baby and wedding fever so we’re not surprised that we came across a bachelorette party as well. Anne Curtis, who is in the process of planning her wedding, flew to LA last week to celebrate her bachelorette party. With maid of honor Jasmine Curtis, they met up with Anne’s close friends for a weekend of fun. If you too are planning a bachelorette, here are some tips from Anne’s that you should take note of.

Squad Goals

Make sure you have all your best friends there. This is a special experience that you will want to share with them. They can also take care of the planning for you. Anne was surrounded by loved ones like sister Jasmine Curtis, Isabelle Daza, Georgina Wilson (who arrived just in time with Archie (link to story) and Arthur!), Nicole Andersson, and Liz Uy.

Party Favors

What’s a party without some goodies? You can put together some party favors to give to your guests. These can be things that they can use during the event or even after. Anne’s bachelorette goody bags included a string bag with guests’ faces printed on them, a personalized tumbler, eyelashes, earrings, handmade soap, and some items from Blk Cosmetics.

Fun Activities

Anne, being the fitness buff that she is, incorporated a full body workout into her bachelorette week activities. The group also visited the Halloween-themed Knotts Berry Farm. They also enjoyed dinner and drinks out as well as some time by the pool. For your own bachelorette, incorporate activities that you and your friends enjoy and get everyone involved.

The Perfect Location

For the weekend, maid of honor Jasmine was able to book an amazing pool house for everyone to stay in. Picking the perfect location for your bachelorette can be tricky. Whether you’re having it in a hotel, a beach destination, or at a restaurant, make sure that it can accommodate your group and the activities you have planned.

#1 Maid of Honor

As the maid of honor, you support the bride-to-be in any way that you can. You help plan the bachelorette and the wedding itself. You can take care of the other details of the event the bride might need help with. In Anne’s case, she has Jasmine as her maid of honor who she thanked wholeheartedly in a sweet post on Instagram. She captioned the photo, “My little one who did an amazing job this weekend. Had so much fun! So much love and laughter! Love you to bits and pieces!”
