What can I say? We’re suckers for love teams when it comes to our entertainment scene. We get to see couples having fun and being all sweet, whether just as a story and of course in real life. So as an added bonus to the Bench 30th anniversary show, we were delighted with runway encounters between today’s hottest pairings.
It wasn’t about them just walking together too. Each pair had a small story to tell on the runway.
It started off with GabRu: the tandem of Gabbi Garcia and Ruru Madrid. Clad in denim ensembles, they weren’t shy at getting intense. It kind of reminds me how it’s like when you first meet someone and you’re struck immediately.
Newly-engaged Pancho Magno and Max Collins shared their pre-nuptial high. It was quite the scene as Pancho unrobed as he walked. Max, in a sexy black boudoir outfit, joined him. They teased each other as Max signaled for Pancho to come closer. But Pancho wasn’t that successful, making the crowd scream for more.
Daniel Padilla walked all cool, chewing gum while at it, in a college boy inspired outfit. As with every cool guy, he wasn’t complete without his partner Kathryn Bernardo. After walking hand in hand like the perfect sweethearts they are, Daniel tried to kiss Kathryn. But being playful, Kathyn lifted her head so Daniel was only able to kiss her chin. Nice try, Daniel!
