On Instagram, you will see Maymay Entrata post pictures from photoshoots. She’ll be all glammed up, wearing a chic outfit, and posing for the camera. But, among those posts, she will also show her true self: someone who is carefree and very funny. If you watched her on Pinoy Big Brother, you would have seen her many entertaining moments. And she easily won the hearts of her housemates and viewers watching the show. She was even the grand winner for the season she was in. Since then, she has been on magazine covers, released songs, and has gained quite a following. But, despite being a busy gal, she still keeps things light and funny. Just to give you a glimpse, we’ve compiled some of her funny moments on social media and on TV.
A prank from Kisses Delavin
Maymay and Kisses Delavin are really good friends. So much so that Kisses pulled a prank on her as part of a segment on Gandang Gabi Vice. While they were both in the dressing room prepping for the show, Kisses pretended to have an asthma attack. You can see how concerned Maymay is while she tries to help her. During the “attack,” Kisses asked for a back massage and even asked Maymay to whistle, which she did. Eventually, Maymay tried (and failed) to carry Kisses on her back. That was a pretty intense prank so it’s a good thing they’re close.
A funny face on her birthday
Most people like to take posed pictures on their birthday but not Maymay. After her celebration she posted this photo with Edward Barber. He had a smile on his face while she looked not prepared. Although, she did claim that it was the only decent photo they had from her birthday.
A cardboard cutout
While on Pinoy Big Brother, Maymay had many laughable moments. This one in particular stood out. Maymay wanted to meet Enrique Gil so Kuya gave her a cardboard cutout. It wasn’t the real thing but her reaction was priceless. She melted a little bit and even acted out some romantic movie scenes with it in front of the other housemates. Playing baby with Edward
Do you remember being a baby and your parents singing the “close, open” song? Well, Maymay did the same thing except with Edward. While she sang, he would open and close his hand. It was a strange video to watch but it was definitely funny.
The freakout of the century
Have you ever met your celebrity crushes or idols in real life? Do you remember how you reacted? Okay, take that and multiply it by 100, that’s how Maymay felt when she met Sam Milby, Zanjoe Marudo, and Angel Locsin on PBB. It was a surprise so she couldn’t contain her excitement. Not only was she giving them so many hugs but she even ended up rolling on the floor. Now, that’s what we call pure happiness.
