Ariana Grande was caught in a Twitter thread defending her relationship with Pete Davidson

After getting engaged and possibly moving in together, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson’s relationship is the gift that keeps on giving. Yesterday, Ariana posted a short clip in Twitter teasing a new song from her upcoming album Sweetener. It was a black and white video with the caption, “Three days til Sweetener preorder.”

After posting the video, fans flooded her with questions, which she was happy to answer. One asked, “What song was the snippet [from] miss Grande?” Ariana replied, “The one from today [is] from an interlude [about] Pete.” Yes, she wrote a song about her new flame.

Some, however, weren’t as thrilled. They left negative comments like, “Girl we know you love him but are you dumb?” Of course, Ariana defended herself and her choices. “The truth is, [I’ve] been the f*ck [through] it and life’s too short to be cryptic [and] sh*t about something as beautiful as this love I’m in. So Pete it is.”

Now that Ariana has started teasing her new album, will you be placing a preorder in two days? I mean, who wouldn’t want to hear what the Pete interlude is about?
