Here’s what President Duterte thinks of Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s engagement

We all got surprised after Justin Bieber confirmed and announced his engagement to Hailey Baldwin just after a month of dating. It seems that Pres. Duterte is totally okay with it, too.

Yesterday during the anniversary of Toyota Motor Philippines and as a courtesy call, Hailey’s father and Hollywood actor Stephen Baldwin met up with the President. This is probably because Stephen is set to have a movie with Mocha Uson and Jean Garcia called Kaibigan

“During the start of the meeting, Mr. Baldwin asked the President’s opinion on his daughter’s (Hailey Baldwin) engagement to actor, singer, and songwriter Mr. Justin Bieber,” said Bong Go, Special Assistant to the President.

“The President responded that as long as Mr. Bieber truly believes in the sanctity of marriage, Mr. Baldwin has nothing to worry about,” Bong said. Surprising, huh?

There you go, Hailey and Justin, the President of the Philippines gave his blessing. Well, sort of.
