Ed Sheeran is full of surprises. Before the new year, he announced that he’s engaged with longtime girlfriend Cherry Seaborn. While there aren’t any news yet on the wedding planning, it seems that Ed already confirmed that they tied the knot in secret.
In an interview with Access, Ed was asked about the progress of their wedding planning. He simply smiled and lifted his left hand to show off a silver band on his ring finger. The reporter congratulated him and asked how he managed to do it so privately. “I never really do anything too public anyway,” he said, not giving any more details after.
In the past, there were rumors that they’d already wed in February. However, these were squashed by Ed when he explained that it was his own engagement band.
It’s not a direct confirmation but Ed definitely got the message across. Perhaps he’ll surprise us with another Instagram post to announce their wedding just like what he did with their engagement.
