The year has just started but we already have another beauty queen.
Francesca Taruc, our representative at the Miss Tourism World 2019 Intercontinental, held in Nanjing, China, took home the crown. She snatched the title from Miss Tatarstan and Ukraine, who came in first and second runner-up, respectively.
Francesca graduated with a Mass Communications degree at the Holy Angel University (HUA) in Angeles City, Pampanga. She also previously represented the country at the Miss Freedom of the World 2018 held in Kosovo last July 2018.
