If you were waiting for another DC film update this year, you got it. Last night, the teaser for Birds Of Prey was released and we don’t get much but we’ll take it. I found everything about it intriguing, down to the YouTube account that posted the video. You might think the username CheekySneakyPeeky is a fake, but it’s not and also clever.
In the video, we get very quick glimpses of the characters in the film. See if you can spot Huntress played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Black Canary played by Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Renee Montoya played by Rosie Perez, Cassandra Cain played by Ella Jay Basco, Victor Zsasz played by Chris Messina, and Black Mask played by Ewan McGregor.
Of course, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn also makes an appearance and I can relate to her so much in this clip. First, I honestly want that very extra party streamer-like jacket. Second, I’m pretty sure that scene of her laughing while drinking a cocktail is me when I’m drunk.
Now, if you want to watch Birds Of Prey as much as I do, we’re gonna have to wait ‘til Feb. 7, 2020. I sure hope it’s worth it.
