Piers Morgan might be on his way to becoming a feminist, thanks to Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande has had a busy week. While guesting to surprise one of her biggest fans, TNT boys, and becoming the first artist since the Beatles to hold the No. 1 album slot and Hot 100 top-three single slots at once, the singer was also out building bridges—with Piers Morgan no less.

If you recall, the two were feuding on Twitter just last November when the British TV personality accused Ariana of using “nudity” to “sell records.” Now the pair seem to have ended their dispute once and for all after bumping into each other in a restaurant in LA. “She joined me for ‘a chat’ [and two] hours later we were still chatting,” Piers wrote. “We laughed, we argued, she cried, I nearly did, the drinks flowed [and] we bonded. Turns out we really like each other.”

Meanwhile, Ariana thanked Piers “for some laughs and some [very] productive conversation!” She ended her tweet with the hashtags “#FutureFeministPiers” and “#FingersCrossed,” suggesting Piers is on his way to becoming a feminist ally. Whoa. Given Piers’ track record, this is big news!

In another tweet, she explained, “We bumped into each other at a restaurant. And I decided to sit with him and we spoke for a while.” She added, “I think some progress was made! [Turns] out face to face discussions are a bit kinder and gentler, even if you do indeed disagree.”

Wow, what can Ariana Grande not do?
