Looks like Benefit Cosmetics is planning a holiday during International Women’s Day too.
In an email announcement, the brand said they will shut down all 42 of their websites worldwide to stand in solidarity with women. This includes those in their work force which is comprised of 90 percent women.
“In its place we have provided resources women can use to brush up on their skills and empower themselves to fight for equality in the workplace,” Benefit said. Wondering what they will be? Well, you have to check their website tomorrow to find out.
This news also makes us wish that the PH adapted International Women’s Day as a holiday. Us ladies deserve some down time.
