Online shopping sites are blackholes we don’t mind getting stuck in… until our credit cards get maxed out that is. Kidding, that will never happen. But we do like to window-shop and actually buy stuff we need on these platforms.
Today, we’re giving you a quick refresher on some of e-commerce sites and the best things you can purchase there. You can thank us later, maybe even share your wish lists and shopping carts afterwards.
Zilingo
Zilingo is a fashion and beauty marketplace for international and Southeast Asian brands. For this season, some of their popular brands like Indiana Jane, Baronness, and Ferretti Juliette are highlighting summer must-haves like woven bags, sandals, and moisturizing skincare products. You can also find pieces from commercial brands like Mango and Giordano, as well as home decor and nutritional supplements, so you don’t have to leave home to shop in the mall.
Beauty Beat
Beauty Beat is a fairly new e-commerce site for all things beauty—both affordable and luxe. You can find Nadine Lustre’s makeup collab with BYS and also her perfume, Luster. Homegrown brands like Careline and Ever Bilena has found a home here.
Net-a-Porter
If you’re looking for high-fashion items, check out Net-a-Porter. They supply clothes and accessories from latest seasons, and even vintage items if you know where to look. Whether you’re looking for everyday clothing or a fancy gown, go browse through Net-a-Porter’s wares. In fact, they have a 15 percent off sale on selected items right now.
Zalora
We all know and love Zalora for their quick shipping and returns. The site sells clothing, accessories, and beauty items from fast fashion and premium brands. Their “Trending Now” section is currently highlighting summer dresses, athleisure wear, and sunglasses with slashed-off prices. Again, if you haven’t complete your summer lewk by now, it’s time you start checking these categories.
Lazada
Another e-commerce site with quick shipping is Lazada. Aside from the usual fashion and beauty stuff, you can find essentially anything for every need. Home items? Check. Inflatables for your pool party? Yep. How about gadgets and tech accessories? You bet. You can also check out the LazMall to buy items from trusted brands like MAC Cosmetics, Huawei, and Nescafé, so you don’t have to worry about possible bogus sellers on the site.
Althea
Of course there’s a site for the K-beauty lovers out there: Althea. You can browse through the makeup and skincare sections on the site, and find products that suit your skin tone and needs. Feel free to build your “10-step routine” arsenal, too.
Hair MNL
Hair MNL is probably the go-to for every hair chameleon in the country. There are shampoos, hair masks, and sprays for daily use. Salon-grade products are also available for professional use—perfect for those who work in the hairstyling biz.
