It seems that this Julia Barretto, Bea Alonzo, and Gerald Anderson issue is spiraling out of control.
After Julia’s controversial statement posted on Instagram yesterday, social media is still going crazy with the series of events. It really is like one big telenovela coming to life.
Netizens, influencers, and celebrities are buzzing over the spilled tea. And with how profound and messy it all is, you would think it would be an issue of national concern.
Is it? Of course not. But Supreme Court Justice Marivic Leonen had something to say about it, and damn, is she right.
She tweets, “Dear Bea and Julia, is he really worth it? #JustAsking”
People have been so busy choosing sides between #TeamBea or #TeamJulia, that no one is pausing to think: is all of this hate really worth it for a guy who is an alleged serial cheater? SC Justice Leonen doesn’t think so, and maybe so should everyone else.
Many celebrities have commented on the issue, but SC Justice’s tweet prevails. Maybe it’s time to put a stop to the #TeamJulia, #TeamBea, and #BeaVSJulia hashtags that are now trending, and leave these two ladies to their own affairs to find their grips, all at their own pace.
