The Barretto sisters have been on each others’ bad side for years now. While Claudine and Gretchen have reconciled, they still had public spats with Marjorie, especially on social media. One of the most recent being the “cheating scandal” where Gretchen declared her alliance with Bea Alonzo over her niece Julia Barretto.
Last night during their father’s wake, the siblings allegedly had multiple confrontations. Claudine was also brought to a hospital because of it.
According to a DZMM report, Claudine sustained bruises on her hands and experienced dizziness after an alleged fight with Marjorie on Thursday night. Rose Baguhin, a Barretto staff member, also claimed Claudine was attacked at the wake and her niece Julia was involved.
Marjorie hasn’t released a statement denying or confirming the allegations. But shortly after the news came out, Claudine posted a cryptic message on Instagram that read, “Are you proud of who you have become?”
ABS-CBN News reported that Marjorie and Gretchen also had an argument last Wednesday. “It was all so nice until Marjorie had a nervous breakdown,” the latter told the outlet in a statement.
Family drama aside, we want to extend our condolences to the Barrettos. We also wish Claudine a speedy recovery.
