You asked and MAC Cosmetics delivered: Maine Mendoza is releasing another lipstick shade and a gloss.
The beauty brand made the announcement last night, Feb. 5, tagging Mendoza in the caption. MAC Cosmetics Philippines also posted a photo of Mendoza wearing her signature red lip. The actress is the first Filipina to have a second MAC Maker collab.
In 2018, Mendoza came out with her first MAC Maker lipstick @mainedcm, a peachy nude shade. This was a welcome surprise considering that she is known for her Ruby Woo lips. This time, we’re finally getting a red lipstick and a matching MAC Lipglass as seen on makeup artist and MAC director Romero Jennings’ Instagram Stories.
The hashtag #MaineForMac also topped Twitter trends with fans expressing their excitement for Mendoza’s new collaboration.

Now, the big question: When and where can you buy Mendoza’s new limited-edition MAC products? They will be available for pre-order on Feb. 23 via Lazada. The lipstick is priced at P1,100 and the Lipglass will be P1,200. There’s still no news on whether these products will be available in-store.
You better be prepared for this because the @mainedcm lipsticks sold out in one minute when it was launched. We have a feeling that this red shade is going to be just as popular.
