You know something is good when it comes in different versions every time. Take the s’more. The campfire treat we’re gladly celebrating today has been twisted and adapted by and for many types of foodies out there.
Krystle Dizon can attest to this. As the co-owner of caramelized apple venture The Bad Apple, her S’more Bad Apple is one of their best sellers. “People just love it and it gets sold out often. It’s our featured flavor so it’s only available when it’s custom-ordered but it gets a lot of rave reviews every time.”
In time for National S’mores Day, Krystle invited us into her kitchen to teach us a step-by-step guide on how to make her S’more Apple.
