Nobody does fur better than Fendi. Though their recent hike in popularity and sales was heavily influenced by Kendall and Kylie Jenner dangling mink furry monsters from their keys—bringing countless teenagers to their stores—we could barely get our hands on one.
Only half an hour into the opening of the country’s first Fendi stand-alone boutique in Rustan’s, Shangri-La Plaza, all the Karlito Keychains were sold out while the other accessories were running low on stocks. Fortunately, we here at Preen, along with celebrities, bloggers, and media influencers, were still able to get a glimpse of the must-have items this season before they empty out from Fendi’s shelves, too.
The gathering was hosted by Sarah Meier while DJ Emel Rowe played in the background. #TeamPreenPH girls Teresa Herrera and Laureen Uy trotted around the boutique with a Tube Chain Metallic Leather Clutch and Mini 2Jours 2-Way Bag in their hands respectively. Meanwhile, fellow Preen girl Chanel Olive Thomas graced the store as she modeled a head-to-toe Fendi look featuring the Micro Peekaboo, a small 2-way bag from the pre-fall 2015 collection done in soft, delicate leather and palladium metalware.
