When it comes to wooing his lady loves, Jake Cuenca is an infamous Lothario who puts Casanova to shame. And the lucky girl in question just happens to be American model Sara Grace Kelley who celebrated her birthday yesterday.
In a series of three Instagram posts, Jake greeted her on her birthday, with the first being a tribute to their 10-month relationship, accompanied by a black and white photo of her smizing at the camera while he smized at…her shoulder?
The second post was a video of Sara about to blow her cake, but not without Jake reminding her to “make a wish, baby.” The song “Someone Great” by LCD Soundsystem playing in the background was a nice touch because obvi, Jake thinks Sara is “someone great.”

The last photo he put up is a fully colored one with Sara giving a much friendlier gaze at the camera and Jake…still smizing at her shoulder.
Not to be crass, but does she have a third boob on that shoulder or something equally magical?
Or, no—wait. We totally get it: Jake refuses to look at the camera because this is Sara’s day, and if he so much as glances at the camera, it’ll take the attention away from her. And that just wouldn’t be fair, right? Because while Sara is a gorgeous girl, everyone knows that no matter how hard he tries, Jake just can’t find a girl prettier (or more famous) than he is.
