Why Is Chloe Grace Moretz Slapping a Guy with a Huge Piece of Kimchi?

Barely out of her Twitter war with Kim Kardashian-West, Chloe Grace Moretz shows us that she’s not afraid of the fight. The actress was caught over the weekend in the South Korean version of Saturday Night Live, slapping a man with a huge piece of kimchi.

The sketch is based on a viral video in Korea and plays on Korean traditions. Chloe’s character is outraged when her boyfriend in the sketch proposes that they live together in a rented house after getting married. Korean tradition requires that a man must buy a house first for his girlfriend before they get married.

It may not be much of a laugh since most is lost in translation but it’s still something worth watching out of the sheer novelty. And might just as well be a warning to Kim K. if ever she finds herself in a Korean restaurant with Chloe.
