Why Did Gwyneth Paltrow Purposely Let Herself Be Stung By Bees?

What else would you expect from someone who has famously created perhaps one of the most pretentious beauty lines out there in the market? Gwyneth Paltrow has no qualms in admitting she let herself be stung by bees on purpose for the sake of beauty.

Known as apiteherapy, the process has been around for thousands of years and is rooted in the belief that bee venom carries healing and beauty properties. Gwyneth tried it out for an old injury and said it was effective.

If you’re curious to try it out, you can always book a flight to the US and check in with The American Apithery Society which charges you 15 cents for every bee.

Gwyneth then moved on to admit that she’s willing to try out some cryotherapy, which entails standing in a deep-freezing tank in order to shed off weight.

If and when she does get to try it out, we’re sure to be eager to hear about the experience. Go, Gwyneth, we shall live vicariously through you.
