Anthony Bourdain is quickly one of the most notable chefs and critics of our time. This is why his cookbook, Appetites, is surely one that will fly off the shelves. The book is set to be released on of Oct. 25.
Eater gives us a peek into some of the pages of the cookbook which will tackle recipes from Vietnamese street food to good-old Italian cooking. Talk about range!
The book was created with long time collaborator Laurie Woolever and features photography by Bobby Fisher. In it, Anthony also tackles some tips on home entertaining and how to make your home kitchen worthy of a pro.
