Recently, Andi Eigenmann won Best Actress during the 64th FAMAS Awards for her titular role in Angela Markado, a movie about a woman who sought revenge after she was raped and tortured by five men. It was quite an achievement and she couldn’t be happier. But her mother Jaclyn Jose wondered why Andi’s own network did not even share the news of Andi’s achievement.
After Andi posted a long message of gratitude on both her Instagram and Facebook accounts, Jaclyn commented, “Andi, I was so disappointed with (sic) your network na hindi man lang linabas sa news ang pagkapanalo mo. (that they did not report about your win.) Nevertheless, you are a winner in my heart. In Ellie’s heart. You have your trophy. I hope your network will recognize your win. I love you most.”

Bandera reported that a few hours later, Andi’s network reported about her FAMAS win during Tonight With Boy Abunda. So we’re hoping Jaclyn is not too worried about it.
Anyway, let’s go back to celebrating her best actress award. Congratulations, Andi!
