Andi Eigenmann Finds Herself in a Custody Battle with Jake Ejercito

After a suprise reveal of Ellie’s dad to the public and a ruthless Twitter takedown, Andi Eigenmann just might find herself in another sticky situation with her daughter. Recently, Jake Ejercito filed for a joint custody plea and visitation rights in court. The actor claims he still isn’t able to see Ellie regularly.

Bandera reports how Andi finds this quite out of the blue, citing how Ellie still carries her last name as Jake never insisted to use his own. “Yes, she’s using my name. Nagwe-wait nga ako na i-offer nila (apelyido), wala namang kumakausap sa akin (Yes, she’s using my name I am just waiting for them to offer their last name but no one is reaching out to me),” she shared.

This makes her even more alarmed over Jake’s move in court. “Kaya nga nawiwirduhan ako kasi may petition na agad siya, e, hindi naman niya in-acknowledge na daughter niya si Ellie (I find it very weird how there’s a petition all of a sudden, he’s never acknowledged that Ellie is his daughter.)”

Furthermore, Andi is worried such exposure to the public can be damaging to the five-year-old.

Jake has yet to comment on the issue as Andi hasn’t let go of her harsh stance towards Ellie’s father. Andi quickly avoided the press after her half-sister unwittingly shared how Jake is the father of Ellie. Andi’s mom Jaclyn Jose has also been public with her dislike of Jake.

Here’s to hoping both camps reach the best decision for the welfare of young Ellie.
