Sharon Cuneta Just Sold Her California Mansion

It’s not always easy to let go of property especially if you’ve spent such happy years under that roof and I’m guessing this is what Sharon Cuneta is feeling at the moment. She put her California mansion up for sale just a few weeks ago and it’s now sold to its new owner.

After the sale, Sharon felt nostalgic and reposted photos of the house on her Facebook account and captioned them with, “I hope your new owners are loving you as much as I always will be…” and “And you, my happy kitchen, I will always keep in my heart…”

The mansion is located in a gate-guarded Calabasas community (yup, Sharon once shared the same neighborhood as the Kardashians) and is about 6,600 square feet. The LA Times reports that the mansion features a spiral stairway with a grand foyer along with an equally grand living and dining room that’s meant for entertaining guests, six bedrooms along with 5.5 bathrooms, a walk-in closet, and a sitting area. There’s also a chef’s kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a walk-in pantry. When you head outdoors, there’s a swimming pool, spa, a patio, and a barbecue pit perfect for summer.

The new owner is comedian and actor Allen Covert who appeared in films like Happy Gilmore (1996), The Wedding Singer (1998), Anger Management (2003), 50 First Dates (2004), and more. If you can’t tell based on his movies, he’s a really good friend of Adam Sandler.

We wish you the same happy memories Sharon had in that mansion, Allen. Welcome to your new home!
