Lady Gaga made a huge splash as she headlined the first Coachella weekend. Apart from debuting her new song “The Cure,” she also asked her fans to participate in her new film A Star Is Born.
According to Nylon, a country western festival scene will be shot at the Coachella venue from April 18 to 19. Fans only need to pay $10 to be part of the filming and told to wear their best western-inspired outfit. The proceeds will also go to the Born This Way Foundation.
This will be the third remake of A Star Is Born, which will also star Bradley Cooper. Gaga’s role, which was previously played by Barbra Streisand and Judy Garland, will be a newbie actress taken under the wing of a well-known movie star.
The film is set to premiere in 2018. While we wait, we’re going to put “The Cure” on loop and maybe rewatch Gaga’s Coachella performance.
