Israel-based bridal designer Inbal Dror confirmed to Peoplethat the Kensington Palace requested sketches for the wedding. Meanwhile, TMZ obtained three of the sketches, which show long-sleeved dresses reminiscent of other royal brides like Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton and Princess Diana.
Inbal often designs non-traditional wedding gowns with sexy silhouettes, sheer fabric, and plunging necklines. As Voguedescribed, “Dror is not known for dressing blushingly demure brides.” So these potential wedding gowns for Meghan are different from Inbal’s past creations. The designer also has a star-studded clientele, which includes Beyoncé and Naomi Watts.
In the past, Meghan told Glamourthat she wanted a wedding gown that is “classic and simple is the name of the game, perhaps with a modern twist” and “whimsical or subtly romantic.” So expect that style on her May 19th nuptials.
Inbal Dror is just one of the many designers that they have to choose from for the big day. But which design do you think would suit Meghan best?
