Over the weekend, screencaps of private messages spread on social media and the common denominator for all those conversations was Carlos Agassi.
Apparently, Carlos would add and message different women on Facebook asking for their number, location, and if they’re willing to see each other for a date.
Based on the comments, some women obliged while others were simply freaked out. One woman even said that he asked her to come home to his condominium. And another shared a story of how Carlos would repeatedly ask her mother out and is glad that he is now being exposed. Yikes!
Carlos posted his long explanation on Instagram that basically revolved around the messaging that he is not doing anything wrong. He’s single, he’s human, and he’s a man. Not a great way to start an apology or reaction.
He apologized to people who were affected by it and that he didn’t mean for them to get hurt. He continued by saying that most women were the ones who would message him first and would only provide stories and screencaps that favored them.
Just so you know Carlos, it’s not cool to put the blame on women when you just got called out.
He ended the post on a slightly different topic by encouraging people who are depressed or going through something to remember that they are loved.
Either way, you still messaged women to try to hook up. And you’re pretty insistent too. We suggest you be the one to take a step back and contemplate.
