There’s apparently a wild rumor going around that Riverdale star Lili Reinhart is pregnant with Cole Sprouse‘s baby. All because of an “unflattering photo” while she was in New Orleans. Well, Lili is done with all of it and decided to address the issue.
“It’s unfortunate that one unflattering photo of my stomach circulating the internet causes hundreds of people to think that I’m pregnant,” Lili wrote on Instagram Stories. “Nope. Not pregnant. This is just my body.”
She also got real about feeling bloated and gaining weight at certain periods of time. We can definitely relate.
Lastly, Lili emphasized, “My body is something I will NEVER apologize for. My body will constantly go through change. And so will yours. And that’s fine. So let’s not put so much time and effort into caring about a stranger’s figure.” She also ended it with a cursive “Bye” and a sassy sticker.
In the past, Lili has always been vocal about how society perceives body image. She even called out a Filipino magazine for photoshopping her waist on the cover.
So thank you, Lili for speaking up. Many women understand the struggle of fluctuating weight gain, and you’re giving them confidence that it’s all okay.
