These reports were based on PEP’s tip on Ellen Adarna’s birth and alleged baptism of her son.

Following reports that Ellen Adarna gave birth in Cebu on June 27, it seems that the new mom already had her son baptized.
A netizen tweeted out that the baptism allegedly happened on June 29 in Ellen’s room at Chong Hua Hospital. She says that there’s tight security on the premises and only certain people are allowed to visit.
Another source corroborated this to PEP and said that security is also strict with regular visitors entering the hospital. “Hindi sila dating ganito, ngayon lang na nanganak si Ellen.” (They’re not like this before, it’s just now that Ellen has given birth.)
As of writing, both Ellen and John Lloyd Cruz have not confirmed, nor hinted, at the birth of their baby boy. We’ll surely keep you guys updated so watch this space.
