The Hows of Us, starring Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, premiered yesterday (Aug. 29) and the box office numbers already skyrocketed. The movie earned a whopping P35,938,622.74 million by the end of their opening day. Whoa!
According to Star Cinema, this is KathNiel’s highest opening-day gross to date. It surpassed their past films like Crazy Beautiful You (P32 million) and Barcelona: A Love Untold (P23 million).
Kathryn and director Cathy Garcia-Molina couldn’t help but get emotional when they heard the news. They thanked everyone on their respective Instagram accounts.
Meanwhile, fans congratulated the team and also shared their thoughts about the film.
