The Assassination of Gianni Versace star Darren Criss won an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a limited series or movie yesterday for his role as Andrew Cunanan. This makes him the first Fil-Am actor and second actor of Asian descent to win a major Emmy award. Meanwhile, his former Glee co-stars congratulated him on his win and it’s warming up all our hearts.
Lea Michele, who played Rachel Berry, shared a clip of the moment from her television. “I’m freaking the f*ck out right now,” she said, followed by a scream and more expletives. “I’m literally crying right now.”
