You and I are both guilty of having chat groups where we literally just swoon over our crushes (I currently have one about Carlo Aquino but that’s beside the point.) A Twitter user Emily Rose posted her chat conversation with a friend on Twitter, “The scoop on @lilireinhart.”
The screenshot showed their conversation about Lili’s latest tweet, “Fashion week is great and all, but have you ever spent a rainy weekend inside cuddled up with your bae?” her friend commented, “How come this cringey b*tch gets to date Cole but I don’t?”
Emily responds to her friend and says, “She’s so 2013 Tumblr. She probably tells him to touch her butt and buy her pizza.” Her friend replied with an agreeing laugh and says, “You’re exactly right!”
Lili, apparently, saw the tweet and decided to clapback at these girls. She retweeted the post and said, “No no… I tell him to touch me ~everywhere~ and then we eat Chinese food. Get your facts straight, Emily.”
Fans saw the thread and couldn’t help but post reactions. Emily retweeted Lili and said, “Honestly, I’m honored.”
LOL, so ladies. If we are to ogle at our celebrity crush, let’s not tag his or her celebrity partner. It’s just safe for everybody. Keep ‘em chat groups private!
