Are you notorious for cancelling on your Grab driver often? Well, we’ve got some bad news for you. Reaching the limit cancellations per hour, per day, and per week can put your booking rights on hold!
Grab sent an email earlier today sharing this new change in their cancellation policy. From now on, you can only have a maximum of two (2) cancellations in an one hour, maximum of three (3) cancelations in 24 hours, and maximum of five (5) cancellations in seven days. Once you’ve reached that limit, you will not be able to book for the next 23 hours. Uh oh!
This new change aims to benefit both the passenger and the driver by not wasting each other’s time—but what if the driver is taking too long and you have an emergency? Well, I guess we have to see how it rolls out.
In the meantime, if you encounter problems with your timeout, Grab says you can easily contact their customer support.
